I have tested the case in 813.

When users apply the discount from Utilities (Shift F7), the discount is distributed between all items on the POS Grid. Items with "Allow Discount" disabled also get a discount.

Steps to Replicate

1. Log into the Demo database
2. Tick "Allow  Discount" for product - P2004
3. Load Items P2004 and 0679920081 (Non-Discount Item) on the POS grid.
4. Add discount from Utilities (Shift F7).
5. 2 % discount on the sale
6. The 2% discount is applied on both the items. The discount should only apply on P2004.

Test Case 1

Loaded item P2004 (Allow discount). User was able to process line discount and discount on totals.

Test Case 2

Loaded item 0679920081 (Non Discount Item). Line discount and discount on totals was not enabled.

Test Case 3

• Loaded item P2004 (Allow discount). 
• Loaded item 0679920081 (Non Discount Item)
•  Line discount and discount on totals was only enabled on P2004
