Subject: Modify contents in the "KPI Appraisal Report" for clarity
Summary:    

Below improvements is required for the "KPI Appraisal Report".

  1. Make the report name consistent with the menu description.
  2. Show the description for the "Appraisal Status" filter in the report header. Currently, if the report is generated with status as "Open" the report shows the status "1(Code)". When the report is printed the code does not give any value.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Removed report "471-3-1 Employee Appraisal". Details are merged into report "471-3-6 Performance Appraisal Report"
  2. Removed report "471-3-2-KPI Appraisal Report". Details are merged into report "471-3-6 Performance Appraisal Report"
  3. Refactored "471-3-6 Performance Appraisal Report" to use the standard framework.

As per the discussion with Sanjay and Alvis, "
"Weighted Average Score" cannot be calculated as the KPIs can have different units where the KPI can be by "Value" or "Percent". Thus, the "Weighted Average Score"  and "Appraisal Score" has also been removed from the report.

5Verify that report filters are functional

Fails

  1. Filter the report by "Performance Score" 6 in the demo database. This prints all appraisals that have no score.
6Verify that the content is consistent with the "Maintain Appraisal" screenCan we rename the filter column from "Category" in the report to "KPI Group" as this field shows the group from the menu 471-1-3?
