Subject: Include Employee Name on the Time and Expense Report
Summary:    

Hi Team,

Currently, when we generate the Time and Expense Report, the report outputs the Username under the Employee Field. 

The Username can be the Employee Name, Employee ID and Employee Email address.

Improvement 

Display the employee name under the "Employee" field. This will allow the users to effectively analyze report to identify the time entry is of which employee.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Enable Process ESS002.
  2. Set the configuration for the process as I.
  3. Create an employee in Backoffice. The system would generate an ID. 
  4. Assuming the ID created was E069, recover the password for the employee.
  5. Log in and create a time entry for the employee
  6. Generate the Time and Expense Report.

The report shows employee as E069

Test Plan

  1. Enable Process ESS002.
