Steps to Replicate

  1. Add point item "Dress Code" for position 003 with a weight of 10.
  2. Enable process ESS015. This will create the point items under "LinkWeb - Employee Profile - Performance Point" for employee E003.
  3. Expand into the details and allocate 6 points and save.
  4. This is not updated under "Actual Score".

Notes:

Actual score is updated if a user refreshes the page or logs back into Link Web

Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Added refresh to parent grid when points in the detail form are amended

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Parent form was not being refreshed.
