PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 13.12.1117. Patch available.

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed Crystal Reports "Printer Options" to enable "No Printer (Optimise for Screen display)"

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Inventory Listing Report in Report Viewer

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Incorrect Printer settings

5. Other Relevant Notes:

NOTE: Sitla and Sanjay connected on-site to view the issue. The report was changed and applied on site. Sitla verified the results and confirmed this resolved the issue.
