Subject: Licence validation for "EFT", "FCI" and "REPL" fails when licence status is "Production"
Summary:    

Steps to Replicate

  1. Create a demo database and request a demo licence.
  2. System automatically issues 1 licence for  "EFT", "FCI" and "REPL". Used licence is 0
  3. Login into POS and BO this is allowed and users can use the system
  4. Mark the request as "Production" and set the licence to 0 users for  "EFT", "FCI" and "REPL". Issued licence = 0 and used = 0.
  5. Login into POS , login fails with message "Invalid Licence Code" for  "EFT", "FCI" and "REPL"

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:10.150

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Change licence check to validate only when usage > 0

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Login forms and User maintenance update

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Licence check was validating Licence code even if the usage was zero
