Subject: Improvements to Payroll Processing "System Configurations"
Summary:    
  1. Review all settings related to "System Configuration ~> Payroll Processing > Pay Types". For each duplicate configuration, such as "Import ESS time", create a case and refactor so that a single configuration is used. Remove redundant configuration.
  2. Create a System Configuration for "Timesheet Import". Create a Configuration called "Timesheet" and move all "Timesheet" configuration to "System Configuration"
  3. Review each alert Global Configuration and allocate to a "System Configuration". Use Configuration Group Name "Alerts". Create a new case for each configuration moved.
  4. All configuration requiring UI changes, create a case for the change and allocate to Development.
  5. Review all key procedures and create a case for all HARD CODED decisions for review before starting development.
