| Subject: | Unable to generate report in "View Crystal Report" format; error - Fail to render the page |
| Summary: | Bula Vinaka Team, FMIS has a issue - users are unable to generate any report in "View Crystal Report" format. This issue has occured with a client who was on FMIS version 7503.003. We have upgraded the client to the latest version 815, but this issue still remains. However, kindly note, when the PDF button is used the reports are generated successfully. Environment Details: - QA: 4
- FMIS Version: 815
- DB: CLIENT-JIWA_LIVE-CAAF
Steps: - Login via: Username: ashwin Password: 12
- Navigate to Business Intelligence
- Click Reports
- Select report eg: Asset Listing
- Generate in PDF: generated successfully
- Generate in Crystal: error - Fail to render the page

| Hi Sanjay, This case has been successfully tested. Documentation on the case is not required. Test Environment - Version 9400 Beta 4
- Database - LINKSOFTNEW and JIWAFMS on QA1
- Application on QA1
- OS - Windows 7.
Test Plan - Generate the Asset Listing Report using PDF Format. The report should be generated without errors. - Pass
