| Hi Sanjay, I have prepared data migration script to move ESS document template to SYS document template and removed "LT_ESS_DocumentTemplate" table. Please change the ESS -> Time Entry -> Reports to use "LT_SYS_DocumentTemplates" table. regards Alvis |

| System test completed. Verified that "Time Entry -> Report" template uses the records from the "Document Template" menu. Note for documentation: The following tags are replaced by the Load Template function: - Customer_Name

| Hi Sanjay I have tested the case. Test Environment - Version 9400
- Database - LINKSOFT on QA1.
- Application on QA1
- OS - Windows 7
Test Results Test | Description | Status | 1 | The user should click on the "Report" and the Time Report form should open | Pass | 2 | Select the 'Default Document Template' and click on Load Template. Contact of the template should be loaded. | Pass | 3 | Click on 'Save Report' there should be no errors. | Pass. The system gives the message 'Save Completed'. | 4 | Click on 'Send Email', this should send the email to the employee who created the time entry. Email address is depicted from 321. | Pass. The system gives the message 'Email Sent'. | 5 | Email Log should be updated with the email status. | Pass | 6 | Create a new document template as "Time Entry', this should be loaded in the list of available templates | Pass |
Issues and Concerns - Load Template at the bottom of the page requires the user to always click on 'Load Template'.
- If the user loads a new template and does not click on 'Save Report'. Email is sent with the template that was used before changing the template.
- Load template at the bottom is confusing. At first, I assumed the system will also use the CC and BCC address added to the template. Alvis clarified the document template at Time Entry Report is only to create the body of the email. Can we change the design and put the document template on the top as a dropdown list just like in Helpdesk cases.
Please review the above, before I proceed documentation. Thanks Rashna |

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 9401 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Moved the selection controls to the top of the page
- Removed "Load Template" button
- Change the template selection to load the template into the editor
- set Enable/Disable on the Save and Email buttons
- Change Email functionality to use Template email addresses
2. The issue was caused by: - Cleanup functionality and standardize
