Link Reporter and POS requires Crystal Reports Runtime(V.13.0.1) to be pre-installed. If Link Reporter or POS does not load and gives the following error message:


The above error message indicates that Crystal Reports Runtime(V.13.0.1) is not installed.

Steps to perform:

Step 1. Locate Crystal Reports Runtime(V.13.0.1) from

· Link Solution Installation Disk

CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_1.msi - for x86|32bit Windows

CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_1.msi - for x64|64bit Windows


Or


· Download required version from the following web site “http://www.linktechnologies.com.au/Do...”


Step 2. Double click on the Crystal Reports Runtime(V.13.0.1) and install it to the default location.

Also please note that the versions labelled 7.1.X.X of Link Products are compatible with crystal reports runtime 13.0.1 and NOT 13.0.2 (which is the newest release).

Please do not install 13.0.2 for Link Products 7.1.X.X as your reports will not print correctly.
