Hi Sanjay,

This case has been tested in version 9400 Beta 4.

Issue: Error selling items with 0 price in a VMS setup

Steps to Replicate:

  1. In the demo database, change price for item "PNT01" to 0.00.
  2. Enable ESDC.
  3. Load item "PNT01" in POS and click on save.
  4. The system prompts an error.
  5. The error also occurs when users load the item and change the price to 0 in the POS Grid.

Hi Rashna,

I tested this on beta5 install set and I am not getting this error. The sale completes and receipt prints successfully.

Please retest in beta5.

Can you confirm this test is using the DTI - Virtual ESDC.

Rashna confirmed the issue is not in the Virtual ESDC system. Please log this case with the hardware provider.
