PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 13.40

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Added three security options:
    1. CanCloseCase - Default "No Access"
    2. CanChangeNotification - Default "No Access"
    3. CanExtendETC - Default "No Access"
  2. Added validation to Comment Update procedure to check access to "CanCloseCase"
  3. Added "Enable" to Checkboxes based on access to 1.2 and 1.3 above
