We're emailing you in order to inform you about the immediate changes regarding availability of virtual E-SDC for POS vendors and technical support for integration with VMS.
All POS developers should follow the instructions in this email so they could connect to E-SDC environment hosted by DTI and provided to POS Vendors for development and in-house testing of E-SDC integration.
As E-SDCs are property of FRCS, please return E-SDCs, smart card readers and smart cards to:

Reasons for moving
· E-SDCs were not originally intended for distribution
· Reducing configuration and upgrade difficulties
· Improving support to POS vendors
· Making sure all POSes are targeting the latest API
Terms of use of hosted E-SDCs
DTI provides development environment to POS Vendors who want to integrate their POSes with E-SDC devices.
This is only a development environment and POS Vendor shall not use it for live testing.
VPN Parameters
Only one VPN connection is allowed per POS Vendor. If you have to connect to E-SDC from multiple developer machines, please establish VPN connection from router on your network.
Please, create PPTP VPN connection to sdc.taxcore.dti.rs with the following credentials

If you need to use the internet while connected to DTI VPN please do the following:
Right click on DTI Pos Conn and select tab Networking

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties

In Properties dialog, select Advanced

DTI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace service provided. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least a 30-day notice prior to any new changes taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Help Center
In order to give you an improved technical support and accurate information, DTI is working on Help Center web portal which will be available to POS and E-SDC vendors at the beginning of February 2018. Help Center will be the sole source of all technical information regarding development and integration with V-SDC, E-SDCs and Backend.Api.
